- Seeking existing solutions and assessing them,
- Steering the follow-up meetings by the personnel in charge and the professionals concerned;
- Assistance to project finance and economics.
- Strength & Weakness Analysis of the assessed solutions;
- Steering the final selection meeting;
- Composing the documents related to the selected solution:
- Application Architecture
- Technical Architecture
- Documenting the Impact Analysis on the existing operational procedures
