The service range concerned allows for the continuity between the requirements definition phase and the actual implementation of the solutions actually selected.

CiiS is then engaged next to its client as a Project Owner Assistant or by assuming the role of Project Owner Representative.

The goal is then to coordinate the various vendors and the client's Teams during the functional development, parameterizing, implementation and user acceptance phases.

Based upon recurring controls and follow-up processes, this approach allows for revealing any project slippage risk compared to the initial baseline, this as soon as possible.

The goal consists in allowing the Project Committee or the IT Steering Committee to understand the nature of possible upcoming difficulties, to propose adequate solutions and finally to minimize the functional, financial or planning impacts.

Generally, this would be during these phases that the Parameterization Manuals as well as the Operational Procedure Manuals are issued. They will serve as a reference basis at a very early stage when starting using the solutions being implemented.
