DataWarehouse – Data Collection and Restitution

In order to respond to the needs for consolidating its customer information, CiiS designed and built a highly parameter-based Data Warehouse for a large French company.

Thanks to a collection of reusable components, CiiS has the capability to implement specific technical solutions within the context of squeezed deadlines.

When implementing a Data Warehouse as mentioned here, the use of an Adaptive Formula Manager allowing for the integration of complex rules for code translations made it possible to propose a tool the user can parameterize himself to a large extent.

Several heterogeneous systems participate to the feeding of the customer centralized repository which, once consolidated, gives an accurate and complete vision of each customer of the company.

These information elements can then be synchronized among the various contributing systems so that each of them derives a maximum benefit from the information coming from the company's customer repository.
