Dynamic Financial Data Exploration
The goal consists here in giving the means to consult and navigate through a multidimensional universe of financial data.
CiiS designed and implemented several applications of this kind within a multi-company context ranging from a few units to almost up to one thousand entities.
This navigation should offer the capability to submit queries using grouped variables consequently allowing for explorations at several levels of detail. This exploration can go as far as a drill down to the detailed accounting entries to justify the reported values.
Some of these applications allow for reconciling data from various domains:
- Budget application;
- Operational management application;
- Accounting application.
For this kind of applications, CiiS delivers an integration work and can be led to collaborate with one or several software vendors of the client.
CiiS takes care of the processes of feeding and aggregating the data needed to build the Data Repository. This preliminary work allows then CiiS to implement Query Applications with a high performance level.
